Skopje is the largest city in North Macedonia. It’s a very attractive tourist destination with its archaeological sites, cultural and historical monuments and natural landscape. A fusion of traditional and modern culture.
In Skopje, there are a large number of places that can be visited, one great example is the Memorial House of Mother Teresa. Did you know that Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta was born and grew up in Skopje? Another interesting location is the Stone Bridge, a historical landmark in the centre of the city built in the 15th century. The Skopje fortress is the symbol of the city, showcasing a long history with the earliest archeological findings dating from the first fortress built in the 6th century AD, then part of the Roman Empire. But also, for a very short time, you can separate yourself from the city area and see the natural beauties of the Matka Canyon and the Vrelo Cave or climb (by cable car) to the top of the Vodno mountain and the Millennium Cross, a monument built in the year 2000 to commemorate 2000 years of Christianity in North Macedonia, you will then be greeted by a beautiful panoramic view of the entire city.

Кumanovo is the third largest city in North Macedonia and is located just 40km from the capital. Part of the EYOF Skopje 2025 competitions will be held in this city.
The Kokino megalithic observatory is located only 35 kilometers from Kumanovo. NASA recognizes it as one of the 15 ancient observatories along with Abu Simbel in Egypt, Stonehenge in the UK, Machu Picchu in Peru, and others.
Another location worth visiting is the Stone Town of Kuklitsa, 50 km from Kumanovo towards Kratovo. Also known as stone dolls, since they resemble humans standing, are a rare phenomenon in the world and their creation requires special geological, geomorphological, climatic, and vegetation conditions. As you probably can imagine, there are many ancient stories that tell about this unusual location.
Kumanovo is known for its great gastronomy and openhearted people, a city that with no doubt, will be an excellent co-host.

Osijek, located in eastern Croatia, is a vibrant city with a rich history and many tourist attractions.
Tvrđa is the heart of Osijek’s history, a well-preserved baroque military fortress from the 18th century. It features cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture, museums, galleries, and vibrant cafés.
