EYOF SKOPJE 2025 ANTI-DOPING PROGRAM

The EOC has delegated the Anti-Doping Program for the European Youth Olympic Festival, Skopje 2025 to the International Testing Agency (ITA), an independent organisation that manages anti-doping programs on behalf of International Federations and Major Event Organisers.

In alignment with the principle of the International Standard for Education (ISE), which emphasises that an athlete’s first experience with anti-doping should be through education rather than doping control, we strongly encourage all athletes to receive education prior to the event.

To facilitate this, we recommend the following actions:

  1. Connect with National Anti-Doping Organisation to access context- and language-specific resources available for team.
  2. Encourage team members to utilise the WADA Anti-Doping Education and Learning platform (ADEL). Recommended courses, which are available in multiple languages, include:
  3. The ITA has developed a clean sport resource for athletes.

    Clean Sport Information For Athletes

  4. Additional ITA resources include the ITA Athlete Hub and an Athlete’s Guide to Testing, which is available in 12 languages. These resources provide valuable information to support athletes in understanding the anti-doping landscape and their rights and responsibilities.

REVEAL

Athletes and Athlete Support Personnel play a key role in protecting the integrity of sport. Any reasonable grounds for suspecting doping can be reported through REVEAL, the ITA whistleblowing platform. REVEAL enables anonymous reporting in a secure manner while actively supporting the investigation of Anti-Doping Rule Violations or criminal behaviour. All information is treated confidentially and in a sensible manner. You can report anything that you have seen, heard or experienced, and every piece of information is important – no matter how small! The link is only available through the ITA’s website: REVEAL – make your report for fairness in sport.
