VOLUNTEERING
Volunteering at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) offers a range of valuable experiences. Volunteers gain firsthand insight into event management, from organizing logistics to ensuring smooth operations. They enhance teamwork and communication skills by collaborating with diverse teams and interacting with athletes, spectators, and officials. The fast-paced environment improves their problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities. Many take on leadership roles, gaining responsibility and confidence. Volunteers also develop cultural awareness through exposure to international participants.
Working closely with elite youth athletes provides insight into sports management and high-performance sports. Networking opportunities help build connections for future career opportunities. Additionally, they will have the chance to explore the city of Skopje, getting to know its rich history and vibrant culture. This unique experience allows them to practice language skills, improve adaptability, and take pride in contributing to a prestigious international event while discovering a new city.
