European Youth Olympic Festival

The European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) is the leading multisport event for the European youth (athletes between 14 to 18 years old) from 50 European delegations.

It is the largest sporting event organized for the youth with 34 years of history. The Youth Olympic Festival was first launched in Brussels in 1991 as a summer sporting competition.

EYOF Skopje 2025 will host more than 4000 athletes and officials from 50 European delegations, also there will be over 700 volunteers from all over Europe. The festival will feature 15 sports disciplines.

HOST – EYOF 2025

Skopje, North Macedonia, will host the Summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF), which will take place from 20th to 26th July 2025. This wonderful event will be held predominantly in Skopje, the main host city, with some disciplines being organized in the neighboring city of Kumanovo.

North Macedonia officially received the host status for 2025 during the 50th General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees.

DEVELOPMENT OF OLYMPISM

The European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) supports the popularisation of sports, as well as a healthy lifestyle among youngsters aged 14-18. Within the framework of the festival, young participants will accumulate necessary knowledge and experience, preparing them for success at the Olympic Games.

OFFICIAL ANTHEM

“TOGETHER WE SHINE”

The official anthem of EYOF Skopje 2025, “Together We Shine”, carries a distinctive energy and rhythm. Young Dadi brings a fresh pulse to the anthem, joining forces with Aleksandar Tarabunov, Sarah Mace, and Lara Ivanova.

This is more than just an anthem – it’s a message. It’s a movement. Together We Shine – and this is only the beginning.
